This lecture contains the quote that is relevant for my work at the beginning of the third paragraph.
My understanding is:
- PHYSICS describes what is BEFORE our eyes
- MATHEMATICS is a ‘model’ conceived BEHIND our eyes
- METROLOGY, the science of measuring, is the missing link.
However, current metrology is based on meter (1D), kilogram (3D) and time (4D). In my ‘3d metric universe’ I ‘integrate’ time into measuring movement rather than measuring time.
Giordano Bruno (1548 – 1600) had that thought, too:
There is no time. There is only movement.
For if there was no movement, there would be no time.
